Wallet & Carry Tracker Programs

Two formats for the objects a customer carries every day: a credit-card shell that disappears into the wallet, and a keychain tracker that hangs where keys and pouches already live.

This is the lowest-risk place to start a tracker program. Both formats are small, familiar and easy to explain at the point of sale, and both can be quoted as a standard unit before you commit to private-label tooling.

Wallet & carry

Smart Card Tracker

Ultra-slim for wallets, card sleeves and passport holders.

CHOOSE BY USE CASE

Start with what the customer is trying to keep track of.

The format follows the object and the attachment, not the catalogue order.

Wallet and card sleeve

A credit-card footprint tracker that adds no bulk to a card slot and needs no attachment.

Keys and pouches

A rounded-square tracker with an integrated loop and split ring for keys, lanyards and zip pulls.

Bags and backpacks

The keychain loop takes a ring or a short strap, so it suits bags, backpacks and camera pouches.

Gifting and promotional

Both formats work as a branded gift item where the packaging carries more of the message than the product.

CUSTOMIZATION AND PROCUREMENT

What gets decided, and in what order.

Seven items decide whether a program runs cleanly. Each one is agreed in writing before the step that depends on it.

  • Logo and marking

Placement, size, print or laser method and colour are approved on artwork before the sample is released.

  • Finish

Matte, soft-touch, brushed metal or dual-tone. The finish system is fixed before tooling so a later change does not restart the process.

  • Colour

Shell, loop, sleeve and bracket colours are matched against a physical reference, not a screen value.

  • Packaging

Sleeve, carton or blister, insert copy and the language set are defined with the SKU — not added after the product is agreed.

  • Accessories and mounts

Rings, sleeves, brackets and fixing kits are specified with the format, so the attachment ships as part of the product.

  • Sample approval

One approved sample becomes the production reference for finish, marking, packaging and function, and every later change is measured against it.

  • Quotation confirmation

Model, configuration, quantity band, packaging, delivery term and evidence scope are written into the quotation, so two suppliers can be compared line by line.

Nothing in this list is assumed: what is configurable, what needs engineering evaluation and what is confirmed at quotation is stated on each product page.
