Build a tracker range for the shelf.

For traditional retail, a smart tracker tag’s packaging needs to catch attention on the shelf and explain the product at a glance. We can work with practical printed shelf-ready formats, such as compact cartons and hangable display packs, with branded artwork, clear product presentation and space for key features. We will review the pack format and artwork against your tracker model, shelf setup, target market and price point. Compatibility logos and claims should appear only when verified for the exact model and market.

  • Standard models from 100 pcs
  • Physical sample before production
  • Itemised quotation, line by line

Shelf formats

Two pack formats to start from.

Both are printed, both are shelf-ready, and both are built around the tracker inside them. Which one you take depends on the fixture, not on preference.

01

Compact printed carton

A small shelf-front carton, printed to your artwork.

  • The front panel carries the product name, the model and the features a shopper reads without picking the pack up.
  • A side or back panel holds the setup steps, the language variants and the barcode.
  • Printed to your artwork, with the model named on the pack rather than left to the picture.

Carton size follows the tracker and whatever ships in the box with it.

02

Hangable display pack

A carded pack for pegboard and hook display.

  • The hang tab sits at the top of the card, so the pack is pegged rather than shelved.
  • The product stays visible through the front of the pack, with the key features printed beside it.
  • The back of the card carries the setup steps, the model reference and the barcode.

Tab position and packed weight are checked against your fixture before the run is released.

Both packs are built around one of five tracker formats — wallet card, keychain, luggage tag, pet collar tag or bracket mount. See the tracker formats

Before anything is printed

Four things decide the pack.

A pack is not quoted from a picture of another brand’s pack. The format, the artwork and the cost are agreed against these four, in this order.

Tracker model

The model and the configuration the pack is built around: enclosure, mount and what ships in the box. A pack sized for a wallet card does not fit a pet collar tag.

Shelf setup

Peg, hook, shelf edge or counter unit, and the width and depth the pack has to occupy on that fixture.

Target market

Language, units, required warnings and the claims that may legally appear on a pack sold in that market.

Price point

How much pack the product can carry before the unit cost stops working at the shelf price you have in mind.

Commercial terms

What the pack does not change.

Packaging is one line in the same quotation as the tracker. These terms hold on this route.

SKU
One SKU per pack version. Artwork, language and carton size are part of that definition, so a pack change is a new SKU.
MOQ
Standard models from 100 pcs. Private-label runs start at 500 pcs and are confirmed per model and pack.
Sample
A physical sample is produced and shipped before the run, and the pack artwork is approved before production is released.
Quotation
Itemised: tracker, marking, pack, insert and freight terms, so landed cost is visible line by line.
Lead time
Fast-track production in 3-5 days on selected models. Private-label timing is confirmed at quotation, counted from artwork and sample approval.
Documentation
Model-specific certificates and test reports, listed against the model and the market the pack ships to.
Repeat orders
A repeat runs against the approved pack artwork and the same SKU, so a reprint does not reopen the design.

Before print

Logos and claims go on the pack only after the check.

Apple Find My and Google Find Hub marks, certification marks and performance claims are printed only when they are verified for the exact model and the exact market the pack ships to. Until that check is done, the pack carries the product name, the model and the setup copy — nothing else.
