We do not use uploaded artwork or product references to create public examples without your permission. Confidential project information will be handled as confidential business information, subject to the limits described in our commercial communications and any separate confidentiality agreement.

Some buttons on the website, including “Speak with Senior Advisor” and “Chat on WhatsApp”, open WhatsApp. If you choose to use that service, your interaction is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
When you click a WhatsApp link, we record the click for website analytics, including the page or module from which the click occurred and the product or programme selected. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, telephone number, company name or WhatsApp conversation content to Google Analytics.
WhatsApp may receive information according to its own privacy practices. Please review WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy before using the service for confidential or sensitive information.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, consent or another lawful transfer mechanism.
If you need information about the relevant recipient, country or transfer safeguard for a particular enquiry, contact us at [email protected].
11. How long we keep information

- respond to and manage an active enquiry;
- maintain appropriate quotation and business records;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations;

14. Marketing communications
Our primary website use is B2B enquiry handling. If we send optional marketing or follow-up communications, you may ask us to stop at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option included in the communication.
We will not treat a request for a quotation, compliance document or product information as blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
15. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request or collect information from children for the purpose of selling tracker programmes or handling B2B enquiries. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
